St. Pius X Minor Seminary Hosts Vocational Program
Karachi: St. Pius X Minor Seminary, Karachi, hosted a three-day annual vocational awareness program for the youth from various parishes of the Archdiocese of Karachi. The program, held from July 10 to July 12, 2025, aimed to inspire and guide the youth in discerning their vocations.
On the first day of the program, Archbishop Benny Mario Travas, addressed the participants on the theme of vocational awareness and the significance of the Eucharist in their spiritual journey. Dn. Jonathan also shared insights on seminary life, providing the young men with a deeper understanding of what it means to pursue a life of priesthood.

The second day of the program featured Fr. Asher Iftikhar, who spoke on the theme of “Called to Serve” and led the participants in the celebration of the Eucharist. Fr. Robinson Samuel shared his personal journey of vocational discernment, inspiring the young men to reflect on their own callings.
On the final day of the program, Fr. Nazir Nawab delivered a talk on the importance of the Holy Eucharist and its relevance to their spiritual lives. The program concluded with an interview session led by Vicar General Rev. Fr. Edward Joseph, Fr. Nazir Nawab, and Fr. Tariq Rahmat.
The participants expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to deepen their understanding of their faith and to discern their vocations. A total of 30 young men from various parishes of the Archdiocese of Karachi attended the program.
